In case of cancellation:
- 100% of the deposit is refunded for cancellations made up to 31 days prior to the arranged check in date.
- The deposit is non-refundable for cancellations made from 30 days until the scheduled check in date.
- In case of earlier departure, there will be a 50% charge of the remain amount of the total nights of the reservation.
- In case of no-show, there is a 100% charge of the total amount of the reservation. The same policy applies for check in after 23:59 on the arranged check in day.
- In case of cancellation due to bad weather conditions or unexpected cancellation of your boat trip there will be a 100% charge of the total amount of the reservation.
